Shropshire Broadplaces are a network of 35 community ICT facilities in Shropshire. They offer a wireless broadband connection and a range of ICT equipment and software for local residents and organisations to use.

The project has been organised and is run by a committee elected from the village community and the facility is available to all the clubs, such as the Youth Club and Mothers and Toddlers, that use the Village Hall and to everybody that resides in Loppington village and its surrounding areas.

Users of the Broadplace facility are able to use the equipment to:

  • Surf the net
  • Send emails
  • Internet shopping
  • Book travel tickets
  • Chat to other people around the world on the webcam
  • Computer training and on-line courses
  • Upload your photos
  • Create websites
  • Research your family tree
  • Much, much more.....
  • The drop-in sessions take place on:

    Tuesday 10am - 12 noon
Wednesday 4.15pm - By prior arrangement with David Edge. Tel - 235479
